Favourite coffee beans

Coffee roasted in a Ballymaloe outbuilding is my current favorite. The Golden Bean’s Bourbon varietal from El Salvador comes from Finca El Talapo. Fruity and nutty, rich with no bitterness, this is a special coffee and not more expensive than many others of this quality. Full marks! Available at some farmers’ markets.
