Baking competition

Along with Darina Allen, Joe McNamee and Michelle Darmody, I’m a judge in a great Christmas baking competition being run by the Irish Examiner.

There are four categories so there is plenty of scope to be creative or as traditional as you like. A weekend in the Aghadoe Heights, Killarney is the luxurious prize. Get recipes in quickly.
