Rasher survey – is your favourite here?

Our testers worked hard for this survey tasting a lot of pretty salty rashers and generating a huge thirst. A few stood out in quality, so seek them out. I don’t have room for all the rashers I taste and try to vary the brands, leaving out past winners. O’Flynn’s butchers, Marlborough Street, Cork still have excellent smoked loin rashers, and good pancetta too.
