East Beach Café Little Hampton

Delicious, comforting food at this beach side café is a treat. Designed by young architect Thomas Heatherwick to echo the rocks and stones of the area, it provides the best reason to visit the town. Otherwise there’s not a lot except a good promenade for a walk before or after lunch. Food is full of flavour using good quality seasonal ingredients. Not surprisingly, fish and chips feature, along with light calamari, lobster salad, good vegetables and hearty desserts. Some meat dishes too. Good wine list. All reasonably priced. Well worth the journey.
