Jean Smullen success

Congrats to Jean Smullen who has been working on the promotion of wine for many years. Organising wine events, writing and broadcasting about wine, she seems to be everywhere. Her dogged hard work was rewarded recently with runner up position in the International Wine and Spirit Wine Communicator of the Year 2013 awards. Previous winners include Jancis Robinson,  Oz Clarke, Andrew Jefford. She was beaten to the post this year by David Broom.
